Our 24-hour cancellation policy requires that any cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, reservation or booking. If a cancellation is made within the 24-hour window, a fee of $50 will be charged.
For example, if you book a spa treatment at our salon and need to cancel, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
This policy is in place to ensure that our business is able to make appropriate arrangements for our clients and minimize disruptions to our operations.
